Will this work on my Freshdesk plan?
Yes—Canned Responses and Automations need to be available on your plan, and you’ll need Admin access.
Why two CSVs and an XLSX?
Import the UTF-8 CSV into Freshdesk. The Excel-UTF8-BOM CSV and the XLSX are for clean preview in Excel.
