Single business license. One company may import and use the files internally. No resale, redistribution, or public sharing of the templates or guides.

Refunds: 14 days if the CSV import demonstrably fails on a supported Freshdesk plan (contact info@mintedworks.com).

All templates are provided “as is”, without warranty. You are responsible for legal compliance of your communications.
